NEW ORLEANS – Alliance Franchise Brands recently hosted its annual Sales & CX Conference in New Orleans, drawing in sales professionals and franchise owners throughout its network. The two-day event provided intensive, hands-on experience to advance attendee skills as marketing and visual communications consultants catering to small and mid-sized businesses across North America.

The gathering commenced with an interactive session hosted by Big Couch Improv, focusing on overcoming objections and fostering teamwork. Attendees also participated in various breakout sessions and collaborative meetings with supplier partners, further enriching their learning experience.

At the event’s awards dinner, individuals were recognized for their sales growth and excellence through the network’s Honors Sales Club program. On the final day, attendees enhanced their skills through various learning sessions, including one led by Sales Gravy’s Brad Adams on ways to integrate AI into the sales process, highlighting how technology can revolutionize traditional sales strategies.
