Every new franchisee starts with a New Franchise Member Training class at Alliance University. Our comprehensive franchise training will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully run your new Image360 sign business.

We’re always here to quickly answer your questions or address concerns! Whether you need to have a quick call to the home office or need a field consultant to visit your Center for on-site support, we’re only a call or click away. RightStart is a three-year onboarding process for new Franchise Members that integrates Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to ensure success and profitability. This program uses a review-refine-repeat approach to help new Franchise Members achieve success quickly through tested methods, clear expectations, and consistent support.
Groups of five to seven Franchise Members meet twice yearly to discuss all areas of their business. These groups focus on items like best sales practices, franchise marketing support, or new industry trends. Facilitated by one of our staff members, these groups act as a board of directors for each other, driving business improvement. Many Franchise Members develop close friendships within their Performance Groups, expanding their support network across the country.
Building a successful sales culture begins with strong leadership and vision. Our Sales Support Team works closely with Image360 Franchise Members to help them establish sales goals in alignment with company objectives, provide measurements and accountability towards achieving sales results, and define ways to engage all team members in the Center’s sales efforts.
