They turn around proofs for my clients incredibly fast, use high quality materials and use very experienced installers for all projects. Knowledge of materials is especially important because the wrong material can damage buses when removed, and Kathy has the knowledge and Image360 experts behind her to choose the right materials for the job. They follow-up on every job to make sure it was completed to our satisfaction. Most recently, we had bad weather during an install in Boston and the installer was not able to make it to the install location. Kathy was able to find a new installer within hours to complete the project. The level of customer service is unlike any printer I have used for bus wraps (and I have used many) ... and feel very happy that I finally have a partner that is easy to work with and does great work!
