I’ve had 3 prior items similar to his done in the past with another provider. Recommend this to improve the finished product: 1. The material for the banner was kind of thin, thinner than what I had on other flags I’ve had done in the past. Suggest a thicker banner material. 2. The opening for the rod was too small. Most rods has the rod but also a little loop that is approx 1.5 -2.0” in width. I had to manually make the opening bigger to allow insertion of the rod. Luckily it was glued on so I was able make the opening bigger to insert the rod. Recommend rod opening to be a little bigger. 3. The bottom of the flag, would have liked it to be a more finished edge. When it hangs on the flag, it kinda of curls up a bit towards the front. Suggest a fold to the back to prevent this, gives it more weight to allow it to hang straight and more finished appearance.
