The customer service is amazing and this includes communication with the sales and the graphics team. Lisa with the sales team does an excellent job of double checking the printed order matches the request prior to calling me to let me know the order is ready. Ivan with the graphics team does a phenomenal job with the artwork and he is receptive to all of the changes I ask to be done during the proof phase. Additionally, my requests are always completed within the deadline and sometimes prior to then.
