Image360 Kansas City recently tackled a complete renovation of signage and graphics for an Avia Apartments complex in Overland Park, Kansas.

Building Unit Numbers and Apartment Suite Numbers

Each building within the apartment complex had existing neon signs that required removal. We installed non-illuminated dimensional acrylic number signs on each building. We installed suite number signs for the individual suites in the complex.
 

Door Vinyl

There were various locations within the complex that required updated door vinyl.
 

Interior Signs

We installed ADA Braille signs within the leasing office as well as interior PVC signs in the Fitness Center and Laundry Center.
 

Exterior Signs

We installed parking signs for new residents as well as an exterior sign for the pool.
 

Monument Signs

We installed an illuminated sign along with non-illuminated dimensional letters on the existing brick facades at the complex.
