Image360 Kansas City Midtown partnered with Lincoln Property Company to complete a number of signage projects for the Carson Street Towers Apartments in Overland Park, Kansas.
Existing signage for the Carson Street Towers Apartments had experienced the typical wear-and-tear of exterior signage and the client was looking for fresh signage to guide existing and potential residents throughout the expansive complex.
The Image360 team completed a site survey for the complex with the on-site management team to identify the various signs that needed to be replaced and/or updated.
Future Resident Parking Signs
We produced new parking signs for the future resident parking area of the complex. These were made using .080 aluminum and full color long-term printed vinyl with a protective overlaminate.
Post and Panel Signs
We removed two existing wood post and panel signs and replaced the post and panel signs with durable aluminum posts and aluminum composite panels faced with long-term printed vinyl with a protective overlaminate. The graphics on the panels were updated with large arrows to help guide residents to the complex.
Parking Garage Signs
We installed aluminum signs for the reserved parking garage. These were made using .080 aluminum and full color long-term printed vinyl with a protective overlaminate.
Signs for Pool and Fitness Center
The complex’s fitness center and pool received new aluminum signage for guidelines to residents on usage and hours.
Entry Door Vinyl Graphics
Various entry doors around the apartment complex were updated with new cut white vinyl graphics.
Brick Post Signs
Signs on a large brick post located in the complex were removed and replaced with updated information and floor plans. These were produced on aluminum and faced with long-term printed vinyl with a protective overlaminate.
