This past month, Image360 Kansas City worked on designing, producing and installing vinyl graphics on a mobile trailer for Centric Projects in Kansas City, Missouri. Centric had a new logo and wanted to outfit one of their trailers with the new design to see how they would proceed with the rest of their trailer fleet in regard to the rebrand.
The trailer was repainted prior to installation, allowing several days for the paint to cure prior to installation. Due to the long-term nature of the project and the varying curves and corrugates of the trailer, we used a 3M cast digital vinyl with the accompanying cast gloss laminate for the graphics. This allowed our installation team to lay and adhere the graphics across the complex curves of the trailer surface with little to no challenge.
The completed graphics for the 56-ft long Centric trailer were 31 feet long and 7-ft tall. Both sides of the trailer were decaled.
