Meet The Team

With over 20 years of business experience running large and small companies, Art understands the value of the customer and is focusing everyone’s attention at creating value for our customers. In all actions, the goal is understand the customer needs and find a way to exceed them. Art’s main focus is on customer interaction looking for solutions so customers can achieve their promotional goals. Art earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University and an MBA from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

With a background in design, publishing, and offset printing, Heather Armstrong has years of experience on a broad range of projects. She brings a unique combination skillset to every new project, balancing clean, production-minded design with functional solutions for our clients.

Scott joins us with 12 years experience in the vinyl industry.  He helped manage 2 sign shops in Rhode Island and has an extensive background in the Printing industry.  He joins the Image360 team in hopes to further his knowledge of the sign industry and help with production and all installs.

Megan joined us shortly after her move from Minnesota in 2022. With over 10 years of customer service experience and a bit of knowledge in Graphic Design and Illustration, she fit into the role of Client Specialist easily, and lends a hand when help is needed with design work. When you call or send an email, Megan will be the first to answer and guide you through our process, she's also the first face you see when you visit our office.
