Position Overview

Production Specialist will be in-tune with the daily operations of Image 360 and will also be supporting the management of the Image360 production process. This position will work closely with the members of team to improve upon existing or implement new processes, procedures, and policies in all functions of the production and installation workflow.

Position Requirements:

• High school graduate required; college/university degree preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role

• Proven knowledge of production, employee relations and time management

• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes from maximum efficiency and productivity.

• Ability to innovate, streamline, and implement new systems and processes that create efficiency.

• Skillful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success.

• Flexibility to be hands-on in any role within the Company; reduce bottlenecks to meet deadlines.

• Ensure product quality is consistently executed and delivered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
