Alliance Franchise Brands, the franchisor of several leading visual communications brands, recently honored Jon and Gina Osborne, local entrepreneurs and owners of Image360 Mokena, with four notable honors: the Operational Excellence, Circle of Excellence, Top Sales Volume and Systemwide Sales Growth awards.
The Operational Excellence award honors Franchise Members from the Alliance Franchise Brands network who earn a specific level of points based on sales volume, owner’s discretionary profit, sales growth, profit mastery and brand compliance. The Circle of Excellence award recognizes Franchise Members who demonstrate superb customer support, reach a specific goal for annual invoiced sales, and have a LoyaltyLoop Net Promoter Score (NPS) of at least 90. The Top Sales Volume award is presented to the top 10 Franchise Members with the highest single-unit Center sales, and the Systemwide Sales Growth award was also given to the Image360 Mokena team for achieving year-over-year sales growth in dollars.
