I would add that sometimes rather than email, a phone call would be helpful for a meeting of the minds and help paint the artistic picture needed. We worked through it. One project was suggested to another vendor, but my appreciation is for the quick assessment and fast solution to something that was a good fit for both that other vendor, you, and me... as well as the collaboration between the two companies.
