Customer service should always assume a new customer doesn't have industry terminology or a clue how the standards for the industry is set up. Once I fully understood the process everything was easy. The front desk help adequately explained my taste of simple classic designs to the design team. The two fonts used in the mick ups met that need. It was simple to use the font in which I liked the appearance of my name and insert it in the font that made the rest more legible. Using both fonts gave expression to my very dualistic personality. I have had long time friends and clients comment on how nice it looks and fits me and my small business. Thank you for your attention to detail and making the decision easy.
