Ana Milliotti is the co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Image360 South Orlando, where she leads business operations with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and consistent delivery. With a background in sales operations and strategic transformation in multinational environments, Ana ensures that people, processes, and performance remain aligned to support growth and exceptional customer experience.

Born and raised in Brazil and based in Orlando since 2018, Ana brings a global perspective, strong values, and disciplined execution to the leadership team—helping position Image360 South Orlando as a trusted signage partner in the region.

Raphael Saldanha is the Production Manager at Image360 South Orlando, where he plays a key role in turning complex ideas into reliable, high-quality results. With a strong technical background and a company-wide mindset, Raphael supports the engineering and execution of challenging projects—always balancing feasibility, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

He works closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to source materials, optimize costs, and solve production challenges, ensuring projects stay on track from concept to completion. Known for his problem-solving approach and collaborative style, Raphael contributes to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and dependable delivery.

Vicky Robinson is a Customer Sales & Service Representative at Image360 South Orlando, where she plays a central role in delivering a smooth, reliable, and positive customer experience. With more than 15 years of experience in customer service and sales support, Vicky ensures that each client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the purchasing process.

She assists with quotes, answers questions, resolves issues, and supports post-sale follow-up with a consultative approach—helping clients navigate options, timelines, and expectations with clarity and care. Michel Massari is a Graphic Designer and Production Artist at Image360 South Orlando, where he plays a key role in transforming concepts into polished, production-ready artwork. He is responsible for image manipulation, enhancement, and refinement, as well as creating custom graphic elements and finalizing files to meet precise production requirements.

With a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency, Michel ensures that designs are visually impactful while fully aligned with technical specifications for print and signage production. His ability to balance creativity with attention to detail supports consistent quality and reliability across a wide range of projects.

Mateus Dias is a Graphic Designer and Production Artist at Image360 South Orlando, where he bridges creativity and execution. He is responsible for both designing and finalizing artwork, ensuring that concepts are not only visually compelling but also fully prepared for production across multiple platforms.

In addition to print and signage applications, Mateus brings hands-on experience in preparing and modeling files for 3D printing, allowing the team to explore innovative solutions and custom elements that extend beyond traditional graphics. Highly detail-oriented and known for his disciplined execution, Thiago specializes in complex wrap applications across walls, floors, vehicles, and custom surfaces—always with a focus on flawless finish and durability.

Certified by 3M and highly trained in advanced wrap techniques, Thiago combines deep material knowledge with patience and technical skill to deliver vibrant, eye-catching graphics that meet the highest quality standards.
