“Each day brings a different experience. I see projects that we have done, and it gives me such a sense of pride to know that I was a part of that creative process”. That’s what the CEO, Teresa Walker, says gets her up and going every morning. As a certified Minority Women-Owned Small Business, she uses her banking background to promote relationship building and expanding opportunities with local, state, and government clients. Image360 Tucker came into existence when she and Earl (the President, that just happens to be her husband) converted after being an independently owned sign shop for 15 years. She enjoys the fast-paced environment and is “the Keeper of All Things” in the office. It is appropriate that jogging and Tae Bo is how she likes to stays fit. With over 23 years of experience, helping to provide visual solutions for clients is the best part of the job.
Earl Walker brings over 30 years of Creative Design and Business Management experience to Image 360-Tucker. He decided to rebrand to Image 360 after successfully running his own business, Indigo Signs, for 15 years. In 2008, Earl realized that a lot of items in the sign industry had become a commodity. He wanted to be able to provide his customers with more than just a “sign” but a complete solution for their visual communication needs. That’s why converting to the Image360 brand was such a perfect fit. As Senior Vice President, Earl works closely with his team to continue the culture of excellence and to become the premier graphics solution provider in Metro Atlanta. He received his graphics training from Columbia College in Chicago. Currently, he is serving on the board of directors for the DeKalb Chamber and the DeKalb County Library Foundation.
Tessa Viscardi represents the Gen Z perspective at Image360-Tucker. With a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of North Georgia, she has over three years of experience in turning client dreams into reality. From eye-catching social media content to massive 15ft vinyl installations, she brings a mix of precision, artistry, and a dash of design magic to every project.
But Tessa brings more than just great design to the table—she’s the kind of person who makes the process as enjoyable as the final product. Known for her positive energy, quick wit, and ability to turn last-minute challenges into creative wins, she’s the teammate everyone wants in their corner. Whether she’s brainstorming content ideas or perfecting a color palette, Tessa brings enthusiasm and fresh ideas to every project.
