. | Image360How do I define excellent customer service? In a nutshell -- Mr. Dana Rogers of Image360. My supervisor tasked me with obtaining a professional looking table throw for an upcoming expo. We had recently gotten a new administration who brought with them new graphics for our agency; so none of our old graphics would work for us. I first went online and did some research. All of the fabric samples were unsatisfactory and the costs were high. I then searched locally and called Dana of image360. My co-worker and I met several times with Dana to work out the design, select the colors for the fabric and agree on pricing. Dana could not have been more wonderful, accommodating and timely. We were thrilled with the table throw which is washable and converts to fit a 6’ or 8’ foot table. It has served us well.
