A little more anticipation on the graphic design would reduce the amount of back and fourth. Ex, centering fonts or justifying them to look sharper and aligning them with images or logos so that the image is well proportioned. With that said, Elisa was very easy to work with when I requested these changes.

I called in a panic because I had forgotten to order championship banners for a tournament the NEXT DAY. Your representative was very understanding and said that she would do her best to help me. She called me back later in the day to say "Yes", she could have the banners ready for the next day. We received a call at 11:00 the next morning that they were done. I was able to present these banner to the tournament champions at 2:30 that afternoon!!!! Amazing service.
