Meet The Team

Dan spent 25+ years in the Industrial Supply and Material Handling Products industry as an outside sales representative. During those years he developed strong relationships with many companies and manufacturers in the area, many have become valued customers of Image 360. Dan and his wife, Debbie opened the business in January 2006. Their son, Jake, joined the business in 2010 and is now an owner and Vice President of Operations. Dan’s favorite part of working in signs and graphics, is continuing developing relationships and getting to learn more about the businesses of many great companies who are now not only our clients, but our friends.

Outside of the business, Dan enjoys golfing (mostly looking for golf balls in the woods), attending Dash baseball games, playing card games of all kinds with Debbie and their friends, smoking meats, beekeeping, and spending time with family.

Jake began his career with Image360 in 2010 and came from a background in retail management. He manages the day to day operations to ensure that jobs are completed on time and of the highest quality. His expertise is working with customers on unique projects that require research and innovative techniques to achieve. He enjoys the sales part of his position most because it allows him to interact daily with our existing customers and gives him the opportunity to meet potential new clients as well.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys playing golf and building Lego to help him keep a creative mind. Jake has two dogs, Bernie and Wheezie and loves spending time with them and his wife, Ellis. He also enjoys Carolina Hurricanes hockey and Carolina Panthers football. Ellis is working on making him an ECU football fan as well.

Peggy has been in the sign and graphics industry since 1998. Her first job was at a small sign shop where she learned the fundamentals of the business which inspired her to go back to school and work toward a degree in graphic design. She loves taking our customer’s vision and using her creativeness to produce eye-catching and attractive designs for their signs, graphics and displays.

In her spare time, Peggy enjoys photography, crafting, and refinishing vintage furniture. She also loves antiquing and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Adrian has traveled across many job fields including glass making, printing, and machine operating before landing in the sign industry. Most of his background also includes, but not limited to, are Art & Music. He has been involved in the signs and graphics industry for a little over three and a half years with plans to become a graphic designer and showcase his artistry.

He also serves in the Winston-Salem Community as a Percussion Instructor for the Forsyth County school system at R.J. Reynolds High School.

Ashton brings over five years of hands-on experience in the sign industry, with a strong background in production, printing, vehicle spot graphics and wraps, as well as sign fabrication, design, and installations. His well-rounded skill set also includes previous work in operating heavy machinery, automotive mechanics, and home building and remodeling. While he's worn many hats throughout his career, Ashton found his true passion in the sign industry, where he continues to grow and thrive.

Outside of work, Ashton is a proud and devoted father to his amazing four-year-old son, who is the center of his world. They love spending quality time together outdoors, especially fishing and enjoying nature. Ashton’s positive energy, love for laughter, and passion for helping others make him a valued part of our team.

With over 20 years in the printing industry -and 10 of those in management- Jarred has built his career around turning big ideas into bold visuals. From large-scale signage and custom displays to small format essentials like business cards, brochures, envelopes, and letterheads, he takes pride in making sure every detail pops and every project runs smoothly. Whether it's a quick-turn print job or a complex campaign rollout, he's worked with a wide rang eof clients, tight timelines, and creative challenges - and he still gets fired up every time a job goes from concept to completion. He's a hands-on leader who believes in building strong teams, working hard, and finding smart solutions (even when the pressure's on!) Whether helping a customer bring their vision to life or mentoring someone on the shop floor, he's all about raising the bar. 

Off the clock, Jarred is a husband and proud father to three beautiful kids who keep life fun, busy, and full of energy. Sports are a huge part of who he is-watching them, playing them, and especially coaching youth teams. There's nothing better than helping kids grow, compete, and learn what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves. It's a passion that goes hand-in-hand with what Jarred values the most: teamwork, dedication, and showing up with purpose. 

Rachael brings and warm attitude, creative spirit, and a deep commitment to exceptional customer service to the Image360 team.  A graduate of UNC Greensboro with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Rachael's artistic background shines through in everything she does. Before joining Image360, she owned and operated a successful local portrait studio where she honed her skills, not just behind the camera, but also in building meaningful client relationships and managing day-to-day operations. That experience has translated seamlessly into her role here, where her attention to detail and customer-first mindset make her a standout in both administrative support and client service. 

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending quality time with her her husband, their beloved dog, and a close-knit circle of friends. A true creative at heart, she fills her downtime with hobbies like painting, embroidery, and exploring new artistic outlets.
