Type of Signage Buyers in the St. Paul And Twin Cities Metro Area
At Image360, we see three categories of sign and graphics clients:
Finding a local partner in Signage and Graphics
So where do you (and they) begin when those signage and graphics needs come up?
Reputable sign companies should be visible in their communities and present themselves in a professional manner. Owners and employees are typically involved in various Chambers of Commerce, Trade Associations, and other professional associations. They will also have an on-line presence with websites and social media profiles that highlight their work and capabilities as well as provide client reviews and testimonials. No matter what you buy, it’s nice to hear from others who have had experience with the company and its products or services. Don’t be afraid to reach out to member associations for advice as well as to do your online research!
Next, look for a company that will form a relationship with you. Whether you need all of these products and services on an on ongoing basis or just once, you want to work with someone that you can trust and who will be there when needs arise or, in the event of a problem. If your signage partner understands your business/organization needs, they can be a valuable resource for making suggestions that are both impactful and cost effective.
If there is one thing that I’ve learned over the years, it’s that there are many ways to build a sign that has the same message. Your local sign and graphics company will be able to offer different material solutions based on your needs and your budget. They should also be good stewards of your financial needs. What I mean here is that we have all experienced the ups and downs of financial management at our own company. As business owners, we should be mindful of making our clients successful – even at the expense of telling them when an investment in signs or graphics for a particular space or intent aren’t a god use of their working capital. Yes, that means that we may not sell that sign. And that’s OK. The longer your clients are healthy and in business, the more opportunities you will have to work together. Business is about the long haul and not the quick buck. It’s about relationships.
Here at Image360-Woodbury, we hope to be all of these things and more to our clients. We appreciate the opportunity to learn more about you and your business – and maybe work together along the way!
